For how expensive it was, it wasn't as nice as it looked in the photos. They overcharged me, and when I went to complain, they told me I had to wait for an email that hadn't arrived yet.

The hotel is very dated and needs urgent renovation. $400 for one night for two beds isn't worth it. The food and drinks were very expensive. A can of COVID-19 cost $8, etc.
Some of the check-in staff were very rude.

Holy moly this place is vibes vibes vibes! So much character and elegance but in a totally relaxing atmosphere. Private beach, beautiful pools, sand sculptures, delicious food- what more could you want? My family loved it! The suites are amazing with beautiful views. I dream of returning!

We paid for suit for a luxury experience, however ended up a ground floor room quite dark, smelly and low ceiling.The sofa converted into bed quite noisy. Christian at pool was the most helpfull, and Uygar at Dorada Restaurant was kind and carefull.Thank you for them to convert our bad experinces into nice memories.

Hotel is the one of the best may be in Key West, but quite old and need renovation.The suit we stayed placed on ground floor, extremely noisy and dark.We asked for a change but they didnt arrange a swich. Special thanks to Uygar who was so kind and helpfull in Dorada restaurant.
